About Do It All

Do It All, LLC is a licensed general contractor and certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) based in Trenton, NJ. Founded in 2016 by Jessie Peagler — a 10+ year veteran of Local 55 — we specialize in interior renovations, final construction cleaning, and public works construction for HUD-assisted and affordable housing projects.

We're bonded, insured, and registered as an NJ Public Works Contractor, and we've completed projects for Trenton Housing Authority, Isles Inc., RPM Development Group, and East Trenton Collaborative. Every project we take on also creates a training opportunity — through our partner organization, Community Craft Builders, we pipeline local residents into trades careers and apprenticeships.

Interior Renovations
Do It All is an experienced interior renovations general contractor. The team is experienced in all phases of renovations and completed a number of projects for Trenton Housing Authority, Isles Inc., East Trenton Collaborative and other general contractors.

Move-in ready final cleans for multifamily and senior housing projects, including HUD-compliant Section 3 hiring.

NJ Public Works registered (#725372), experienced navigating prevailing wage, certified payroll, and federal compliance requirements.
